Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into between you (“Client”) and Best PC Repair LLC (“Provider”) and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. By using any services provided by Best PC Repair LLC, Client agrees to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
Best PC Repair LLC provides managed IT services, computer repair, and related technical support to businesses and individuals in the State of Missouri. Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with or without prior notice. These Terms of Service shall supersede any verbal agreements and may be updated from time to time by the Provider.
2. Communication, Consent, and Marketing Disclosures
Best PC Repair LLC may collect and store personal contact information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, and mailing addresses in the course of providing services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records.
By providing a phone number or email address to Best PC Repair LLC, Client affirms that they are the authorized user of the contact method provided or have the authority to give consent on behalf of the owner. Client consents to receive transactional and informational communications related to service confirmations, billing updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
SMS/Text Message Consent:
By opting in to SMS communications, Client explicitly agrees to receive recurring text messages from Best PC Repair LLC at the number provided. Message frequency will vary depending on the nature of service and client engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent Authorization: By interacting with Best PC Repair LLC through any of the following methods, the Client grants written consent under applicable law:
- Filling out online contact or service request forms
- Agreeing in writing in-store or digitally (e.g., e-signature or checkbox agreement)
- Verbal confirmation in person or during a recorded phone call
Client understands and agrees that consent granted is valid until expressly revoked.
Opt-Out Instructions: Clients may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS or contacting Best PC Repair LLC directly. For assistance, Clients may reply “HELP” to any message or call (877) 203-2963. Upon opting out, no further marketing texts will be sent, though service-critical alerts may still be delivered as permitted by law.
All contact information is stored securely and managed in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and state-specific consumer communication laws. Best PC Repair LLC does not sell, rent, or disclose collected contact information to third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
3. Tech Support Plans
By purchasing a tech support or managed IT plan, Client acknowledges the following:
- Services are limited to the defined inclusions in the chosen plan.
- Unused hours do not roll over past the expiration term.
- Packages are non-transferable.
- After-hours and emergency support may be subject to additional billing.
- Provider does not guarantee resolution of all issues within plan limits.
- Plans auto-renew annually unless canceled with a minimum 90-day written notice prior to renewal.
4. On-Site & In-Shop Services
Client agrees to provide timely access to systems, equipment, and facilities for on-site service.
- All services performed are limited to the pre-agreed scope. Additional work requires a new signed work order.
- In-shop services follow the same terms and are subject to appointment and storage conditions.
5. Refund and Return Policy
- No refunds of any kind will be issued under any circumstances. All payments for services or products are final and non-refundable.
- Store credit may be offered solely at the discretion of Best PC Repair LLC and only in rare cases approved by management. Such credit, if granted, has no cash value and may only be applied to future services.
- A non-refundable diagnosis fee of $150 applies to all computer diagnostic services. This fee covers the time, labor, and expertise required to inspect, test, and identify the root cause of any technical issue brought to our attention. The diagnosis fee is due regardless of whether the Client proceeds with recommended repairs or chooses to decline service. No exceptions or partial credits will be provided under any circumstances.
- All repairs are provided as-is unless otherwise covered under an active written warranty agreement. No guarantees or implied warranties are provided for services unless explicitly stated in writing. It is the Client’s responsibility to request and retain documentation of any applicable warranty coverage.
- If a repair requires work on soldered components, Best PC Repair LLC reserves the right to offer replacement of the entire component or device instead of attempting solder repair. This decision is made at the discretion of the technician when soldering may pose a risk of damaging other parts or result in non-repairable failures. There is no warranty, guarantee, or liability for any damages or outcomes from attempted soldering services. This limitation applies to both successful and unsuccessful attempts.
- No warranty or liability applies to any repair or service involving customer-supplied parts or components. Customers who bring their own parts assume full responsibility for compatibility, quality, and post-installation outcomes. Best PC Repair LLC will not warranty or support customer-supplied hardware under any circumstances.
6. Storage Fees & Abandonment Policy
- Devices not claimed within 30 days post-service completion are subject to a $100 per month storage fee.
- Devices unclaimed after 90 days shall be deemed abandoned and will become the property of Best PC Repair LLC. Such devices may be resold, recycled, or disposed of to recover unpaid balances or associated service costs.
7. Payment, Billing, and Chargebacks
- All invoices are due immediately and will be charged to the payment method on file.
- Contracts renew annually unless canceled in writing at least 90 days prior to the renewal date.
- Early termination of contract results in the immediate billing of all remaining fees.
- A $500 administrative fee will be applied for any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the Client. This fee is non-refundable and must be resolved before any future services are rendered.
- Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first notifying Provider in writing and allowing a reasonable opportunity for resolution.
- Any chargebacks that are initiated in violation of these terms will be considered a breach of contract and may result in the immediate termination of services and pursuit of legal remedies including recovery of fees, attorney’s costs, and collections.
8. Procurement & Exclusive Supply
Client agrees that all IT-related hardware, software, licensing, and systems required as part of ongoing services shall be sourced exclusively through Best PC Repair LLC unless otherwise agreed to in a signed amendment. Unauthorized external purchases may void any related warranties, SLAs, or service guarantees.
9. Client Cooperation Obligations
Client agrees to provide adequate access, information, and authorization necessary for Provider to deliver services effectively. Failure to provide such cooperation may result in delays or inability to complete services and shall not constitute a breach by Provider.
10. Limitation of Liability
Provider shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage to property, including hardware, due to theft, fire, or natural disaster while in possession of Provider.
- Data loss under any circumstance; Client is solely responsible for maintaining current backups.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.
- Provider’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Scope of Services
Services offered under valid agreements or support packages may include but are not limited to:
- Level 1 Help Desk: Basic technical support and troubleshooting.
- Level 2 Help Desk: Intermediate support, user access, and licensing.
- Level 3 Help Desk: Advanced diagnostics, network/server support.
- Microsoft 365 & Network Admin: Full tenant, mailbox, and infrastructure management.
- IT Project Consulting: Migration, compliance, and design consultation.
- Computer Diagnosis: Full system diagnostics and performance testing.
- Hardware Replacement: Component repair or replacement including hard drives, RAM, power supplies, and internal hardware.
- Custom PC Building: Design, consultation, parts sourcing, and full assembly of custom desktop computers tailored to Client needs.
- Screen Repair: LCD, LED, and touchscreen replacement for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Virus/Malware Removal: Full threat detection, cleaning, and post-removal optimization.
- Data Recovery Services: Attempted recovery of deleted, corrupted, or inaccessible files subject to physical and logical condition.
- Software Installation & Updates: Operating system installation, software setup, and patch management.
- Consumer Tech Support: Ongoing remote or in-person technical support for individual consumers including troubleshooting for personal devices, account support, smart home equipment, email issues, Wi-Fi/network setup, device configuration, and general tech help as needed.
12. Amendments
These Terms of Service may be amended at any time. Notice will be provided via website or written communication. Continued use of services implies acceptance of all modifications.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes not resolved through mutual agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
